LOCAL ORDERS (WITHIN SRI LANKA)

Products can be exchanged/returned to our store within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, with all tags intact, and in their original condition with the invoice attached. Please note that products bought on sale are NOT eligible for exchange.

No, colors of the actual item may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor/phone settings, and therefore products are not eligible for exchange for this reason.

Full-priced items can be exchanged for size (if available) by sending the product back to our store via a local courier service within 14 days from the delivery date. Return courier charges will not be borne by House of Janaan.

Exchange for another item is applicable for full-priced products only by sending the product back to our store via a local courier service within 14 days from the delivery date. Any additional costs on top of the item and courier charges will be paid by the customer.

Yes, we offer free pick-up services for wrong products or defective items delivered within Colombo 1-10. The claim period for these issues is 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the replacement process time for pick-up and delivery can take up to 3 weeks’ time depending upon the availability of the item.

We do not offer any courier service compensation unless requested by our representative.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not offer return and exchange services for international orders. However, in case of any defective or damaged item, a replacement will be sent after necessary investigations. If the ordered product/size is not available in stock, a full store credit or refund shall be offered.

Customers should notify discrepancies within 14 days of the online order being delivered. We will not cater to any exchange/return requests after this time period.

The current exchange rate will be applied to the refund of the items.

REFUND

We have a No Refund Policy, except in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within approximately two weeks of being processed.

Store credit (usable on the website ONLY) shall be issued against the refused parcel once it has been received back at our store.

The current exchange rate will be applied to the refund of the items returned/exchanged.
